About the owner of this binder

I've always felt a little like an alien on the wrong planet, and that's exactly why I created this space. I wanted a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself, express your individuality, and leave feeling a little more at home in your own skin.

You don't have to be alternative, colorful, or anything other than yourself. Whether you're here for electric rainbow hair or a beautiful, natural looking refresh, you belong here.

13 years in, I'm still taking classes, and I mentor and teach other stylists too. Great hair is part creativity, part science, and a whole lot of dedication.

Welcome to my little corner of the galaxy! I'm here to create incredible hair and give you a great experience. In return, I ask for mutual respect, honest communication, and consideration for my time and business.

🚀 Cancellations & no-shows

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same day cancellations incur a 75% fee, and no shows incur a 100% fee. Emergencies will be considered at my discretion.

🤒 Sickness policy

Please do not come to your appointment if you're sick or experiencing contagious symptoms. If you notify me before arriving that you're sick and need to cancel, your cancellation fee will be waived even within the 48 hour cancellation window. Please let me know as soon as possible.

If you arrive sick, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment to protect the health and safety of everyone in my private studio. The applicable cancellation fee may be charged according to the policy disclosed before your appointment.

💳 Deposits & payment

Deposits may be required for new clients, lengthy color transformations, extensions, and other services requiring significant time or preparation. Deposits and cancellation fees are subject to the terms communicated before your appointment.

👽 Guest policy

This is a private salon studio. No additional guests, friends, or children without my prior approval. Please ask before your appointment if you need an exception. Necessary accessibility accommodations can be discussed in advance.

⏰ Please be on time

If you're running late, please contact me ASAP. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there isn't enough time to complete your service properly. I will never rush your hair or compromise quality to make up for lost time.

🌈 Respect goes both ways

Abusive behavior, harassment, repeated boundary violations, and demands for unauthorized discounts or free services will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to stop a service or decline future appointments when appropriate.

🛸 Honesty & hair expectations

Please be honest about your hair history, previous color, and relevant allergies or sensitivities. Results depend on your starting point, hair history, and hair integrity. Any changes to the agreed-upon service or pricing will be discussed before proceeding.

✨ Service satisfaction & redos

If you're unhappy with your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine whether a corrective redo is appropriate. Redos must be approved by me and are intended to address issues with the original service, not a change of preference or a request for a different look. After 7 days, additional services may be subject to regular pricing.
